ArborAI is an automation studio based in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in back-office automation for small to mid-sized businesses. For questions or inquiries, contact us at info@arborai.com.
2. What This Site Is
This website is a marketing site. It describes our services and allows you to contact us. Any actual engagement between you and ArborAI is governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW). If there is any conflict between these terms and your SOW, your SOW controls.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape, abuse, or misuse this site or our contact forms. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent, or disable any security features. Unauthorized access to systems or services is prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, design, and code, belongs to ArborAI. When you submit messages via contact forms, you grant ArborAI a license to use those submissions solely to respond to you and provide services. You retain ownership of any data you provide, but you give us permission to process it for these purposes.
5. No Warranty, Limited Liability
This site is provided "as is" without warranty. ArborAI is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from use of this site. For the marketing site itself, ArborAI's total liability is capped at CAD $100. Broader liability terms for actual commercial engagements are set in your signed SOW.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
7. Changes to These Terms
ArborAI may update these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the site means you accept the new terms.
